Gabriel was responsive. He text to let me know he would be running late but showed up at the time arranged anyway. However, once he was at property the lock took him a lot of time to remove. It was an older lock and most likely the mechanics were something he wasn't familiar with. I provided a new Schlage lock of my own; however, after install, I was told that it was $100 to install. Had I known of this charge prior, I would have installed myself. For a job that should have been around $250 tops based on other locksmiths I've asked, I was charged almost $375. Highly recommend Double Quick Locksmith! Gabriel was very professional and personal. He lived up to his name as he came as quick as he could get to us on the NorthShore in the evening. There’s a reason they are the highest rated. Gabriel came and replaced my car keys after mine had been lost for two days. He even made it to me earlier than scheduled, all the way to mililani to replace my keys for me. I am more than satisfied with the services provided from Gabriel.
